Office Navigator - File, template and folder manager for Office 2000,2002,2003. Works with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and from the Windows System Tray. Create a list of the Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access documents and templates you use all the time. One click, and your document, workbook, presentation or database is open, regardless of the Office application you're running. Re-open any of your 200 most recent documents, workbooks, presentations, and databases. Access any of the last 20 folders where you've browsed. Create up to 255 private Places Bar icons, and organize them simply by dragging them from one position to another, so your favorites are always at the top. You can even customize the file view (List, Details, Properties, Preview, Thumbnails) for each individual Place. Don't let Microsoft dictate how your templates are listed in the 'New' dialog box. Office Navigator displays them in the view that suits you: large icons, small icons, or full file details. And if you have Windows 2000 or XP, you can display the 'Open' and 'New' dialog boxes (and most other Office dialog boxes) transparently, so you can see your documents at the same time. With Office Navigator you get more room for your documents. All your favorite and recent files appear on the menu, so if you really need your workspace, you can hide the Task Pane. And you'll hardly ever see the 'Open' dialog box on your screen, because the document, workbook, presentation, database or template you need is probably already on the menu.
