II. How to Manage an Email List :

PC iMail 2006-Step2: Select Add Addresses from the Tools menu.Each address should be in the standard email format of username@domain.com, where name is the recipient's email name and domain is their Internet service provider.

PC iMail 2006-Step3: Select Delete Addresses from the Tools menu. You can also click the Delete toolbar button or press Del on your keyboard. To select multiple addresses, hold the Ctrl key down while selecting or hold the Shift key down to select a range of addresses.

PC iMail 2006-Step4: Select Filter from the View menu. Enter a domain or portion of text you don't want to see listed in your email list. Don't worry about capitalization or query keywords; PC iMail will remove all addresses that contain the text you specify.

PC iMail 2006-Step5: Select Find from the Edit menu. Enter the search text. PC iMail will scroll the email list to the first matching address. To find the next occurrence press the F3 key or select Find Next from the Edit menu.
