II. How to Analyze and Update All of Your Text File :
 
Step1: With Text Workbench you will quickly analyze and update all of your text (ANSI, Unicode, UTF-8) files, Download the free version of Text Workbench from our site and follow the installation procedure.
 
 
 
 
 
Step2: Set the path to the folder containing the files to process. You can click "Folders" to show the folder tree in which you can easily select the required folder.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step3: Check the "Recur subfolders" box if you want to change files in the recurred nested subfolders of the folder you have specified.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step4: Set the one or more "file types" (masks). Examples:*.txt; *.html,prod*.html;prod*.asp.
 
 
 
 
 
Step5: If you need to use the regular expressions, check the "Regular expressions" box.
 
 
 
 
 
Step6: Type in the text to search for ("Find What" field).If your text contains multiple lines, you can click button  to open the Multiline Editor to enter the text.
 
 
 
 
 
Step7: Type in the text to replace the found text ("Replace with" field). You can leave this field empty to delete the found text.
 
 
 
 
 
Step8: Click "Search" to just search for files, or Replace to replace. The Search only box forces the search mode even if Replace is clicked.
