II. Archive Save and Merge Attachments :

PopTransAct-Step1: PopTransAct - Extract, Archive Save and Merge Attachments. Archive and forward Messages from any POP3 Account, even Web Mail enabled accounts like gmail! Download the software and the

PopTransAct-Step2: Input Server. Write down the "Server", "User","Password".

PopTransAct-Step3: Click the "Test" button to test the server.

PopTransAct-Step4: Output. Click the yellow box button to select the local storage floder.

PopTransAct-Step5: They can be adjusted or changed manually according your needs. If you don't know what the setting means, its best to leave the defaults alone.
