Step1: Free download and save it in your computer and run it.
Step2: With the program open, click "Add File" and choose the add one or more video files.

 

Step3: Choose the Media file in the area we've highlighted. For Example, if you want to convert Video to iPod, choose "iPod MPEG-4 Video file".  

 

Step4: Default settings which can be found on the panel of the main window. They can be adjusted or changed manually according your needs. If you don't know what the setting means, its best to leave the defaults alone.
