II. How to Convert Doc to PDF :

Step1: First things first, you need to download and install this software. Follow the instructions the program gives you during the installation or the program may not work properly in the future. Once it's installed, run the program and your screen will look like the one shown below.

Step2: Now the program is running we can add the files you want to convert. You can add single files or multiple files by pressing the "Add files" button or if you have a large quantity of files to convert you can click the "Add directory" button and the program will add all the documents that it can convert to it's list.

Step3: If you are converting more than one file then you may want to have certain files converted before others, single click on these and then use the "up" and "down" arrows on the right of the screen. If you've added any files by mistake you can highlight them and press the "delete selected items" button on the right or the delete button on your keyboard.

Step4: Now click on the settings button, you'll be given 3 options on how the files will be converted, either multiple files into 1 pdf, individually or as an entire directory into 1 pdf. Choose whichever one suits you and then specify the output directory in the box to the left by clicking the "..." button.

Step5: Now you just have to press "Convert" and the program will begin the process, if you are only converting 1 file then it will be almost instantaneous but large batch conversions can take some time so you might want to go and get a cup of tea and come back later.

Step6: Once the files are all converted you're all done but you may wish to check your new PDFs before you delete the old files.
