II. How to Convert MPEG to 3GPP, MP4,3GPP2 :

Step1: The first thing you need to do is download and install the software onto your computer, Once it's installed run the software and you'll be looking at a screen like the one below.

Step2: Launch 5star Mobile Video , click this button to add one or more video files.

Step3: This dialog shows the contents table of the the videos to be converted.

Step4: Click this button, transform the format that you want to change.

Step5: The last thing we need to do is set the output folder, click the "..." button inside the box we've highlighted in red and choose where you want to file to go.

Step6: Now all that's left to do is click the "Start" button and away we go. If the file(s) you are converting are quite large you might want to go and have a cup of tea or something because it might take a while.
