II. How to Convert WAV, WMA,MP3 to OGG:

Step1: Free download HiFi WAV Recorder Joiner and save it in your computer and run it.

Step2: Click "Add" button or File -> Add File to add the files you want to edit. Multi-add is supported. You can add more than one file by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking the files or pressing the Shift key and using the arrows to select a range of files. HiFi WAV Recorder Joiner supports 4 format: MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG, so you can just add these 4 formats files.

Step3: Click "Del" button or File -> Remove File to remove the selected files from the filelist, not from your computer.

Step4: Click "Up"/"Down" button to adjust the file order.

Step5: Set parameters for created file. Click "Settings" and change the parameters. Remember to click "Ok" button to save your setting.

Step6: Click "Join" button, choose your file's format and output directory for marged file, then HiFi WAV Recorder Joiner will marge the parts into one big file. To stop marging, just click "Stop" button.
