II. How to Convert PPT to MPEG :

Step1: Click "Browse" to select the PowerPoint file you want to import from your hard drive.

Step2: Please pitch on the option "Convert to Video File(s) ", and "MPEG-2" or "MPEG - 1" then set the output folder and the working folder.

Step3: you can click on "More"then specify the Aspect, Encode Size or Display Size in the pop up window show bellow:

Step4: Select the play mode and customize the menu.

Step5: First, select a PowerPoint file you want to preview and edit. In this step, you're allowed to set the playback properties of the PowerPoint files. Click the button "Configure the auto mode" to preview the presentation in auto mode and complete with the following settings.

Step6: After previewing the slides, you'll back to the screen of the previous step, then click "Next" to do the further settings. And now you are allowed to rename the file and reset the output folders.

Step7: This is the last step of the conversion. In the task list box, the task both in processing and to be processed are listed. It makes the whole procedure visible and analyzable when errors occur.
