II. How to Convert RM, RMVB, RAM to AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, WMV :

Step1: Download Xilisoft RM Converter and install.

Step2: Run Xilisoft RM Converter first , load the audio or video files by clicking "Add" button in the main interface or choose "Add" in the File menu.

Step3: Click to highlight the loaded file and select output format from "Encode" combo-box. For example, to get .mpg file, you should select "MPEG-1 Movie (*.mpg)"; wanna convert movies to mpg, you are supposed to select "MPEG-1 Movie (*.mpg)".

Step4: Click "Browse�" button to select a folder or enter the direct file path in the "Destination" form to decide where to save the output file. The default path is "C:\Temp" if nothing typed.

Step5: Finally, press "Encode" button to start converting.

Step6: It will display "Completed" under the "Status" column if the conversion has been brought to success.
