Guide: How to Create a New Database with InstantInvoice 3?

InstantInvoice 3-Step1: InstantInvoice 3 - Invoicing, billing and quotation software for the small business. Track customer payments and outstanding invoices. Download the software and then install it.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step2: Click the "Database" and "New" to create a new database. Please write the "Company/business name" and select the "Data Location".

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step3: On this page, enter your business name, address and contact as how you'd like it to appear in your invoices and quotation letterhead. You can add a logo or image later if necessary.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step4: Tax Details. Please select the "Business Based In", "Tax Type", "Tax Reg. No", and then click the "Next" button.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step5: Enabling the inventory features will allow ou to pick items from a standard inventory list. This if espiecially useful for trading firms who buy and re-sell items. Selecting No will mean that you will manually key-in items to the invoice body.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step6: Invoice Name& Numbering. Some countries require you to use the words"Tax Invoice". And then click the "Click" button.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step7: Shipping options. "Do you neeed to show shipping information on your invoices and quotations?" And then click the "Next" button.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step8: Select the optional columns you want to display on your Invoice and Quotation boby. Note that you can change the column heading later if neccesary.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step9: Here you can define any terms and conditions you want displayed on all Invoices. Some common terms& conditions have been defined, you can amend this to suit your needs.

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step10: What of paper do you normally use to print your Invoices and Quotations. The default setting is "Letter(8.5inX11in)".

 

 

 

 

InstantInvoice 3-Step11: You are now ready to create you first Invoice. Click the Finish button to go to the main screen.
