II. How to Edit ID3 Tags :

Step1: Free download MP3TagEditor and save it in your computer and run it.

Step2: Add audio files for editing tags into File List.If the files are not shown in File List, press the button "Refresh" in Main Bar.

Step3: This dialog shows the contents table of the the audio to be edited.

Step4: Mark needful files. Use buttons  "Select All" and  "Unselect All" in Main Bar. Press and hold Shift key to select several files one after another. Press and hold Ctrl key and left-mouse click to select files separately.

Step5: Edit ID3 tag fields. Edit ID3 tags on tabs "Standard" (ID3v1), "Extended" (ID3v2). If only a single file is marked you can edit info in "Title" field (tab "Standard") and in tab "Lyrics". If you have got Internet connection, you can use FreeDB to retrieve the titles of the songs and album, the name of the artist and sometimes the year of issue and genre of music. Press the button  "FreeDB" in Main Bar.

Step6: Save Changes. Use button  "Save Changes" below the fields.
