II. How to Export a Segment of an MPEG File :

Step1: The first thing you need to do is download and install the software onto your computer, Once it's installed run the software and you�ll be looking at a screen like the one below.

Step2: Click the "Open" button to open an MPEG file.

Step3: Drag the slider bar and use "Selection Start" and "Selection End" button to select a segment of the MPEG file.

Step4: Click the "Option" button to show the Option Dialog. You can set the frame size, video format, audio format of the output MPEG file. For the best output Quality, you'd better check the "Set Format As Original File" option.
