II. How to Gather and Record New Useful Information as a Task Progresses :
ITSD Organizer-Step1: ITSD Organizer - People are idea machines, but not everyone is equipped with the organizational skills or functional memory to access, prioritize and benefit from them all. Download the trial software and then just have a try.

ITSD Organizer-Step2: There are many ways to add a task to your to-do: by pressing Ins or Ctrl+N keyboard shortcuts, by clicking the New button on the toolbar, by double-clicking an empty space in the list view.

ITSD Organizer-Step3: To find tasks, click the "Search" button. Specify the search criteria and start the search by clicking the Start search button.

ITSD Organizer-Step4: When you finish a task, you should mark it as finished by clicking the Mark as done button (instead of deleting it). Finished tasks will be shown in the lists using another color with their completion date in brackets.

ITSD Organizer-Step5: In addition to categories, ITSD Organizer offers you another way to mark your tasks. You can assign any number of secondary categories (labels) to each task.

ITSD Organizer-Step6: You can show or hide the calendar by clicking the "Calendar" button on the toolbar or by pressing the Ctrl+D shortcut. Days with appointed tasks are highlighted in bold on the calendar.
