II. How to Lead Text to Speech :

Step1: The first thing you need to do is download and install the software onto your computer, Once it's installed run the software and you'll be looking at a screen like the one below.

Step2: With the program open click "Open" and choose the add one or more video files.

Step3: The area highlighted in the red box shows the contents table of your chosen files.

Step4: You can click the "Read Aloud" button to play the article.

Step5: You can "Pause" and "Stop" it at anytime if you click certain buttons.

Step6: Click "Option". Default settings which can be found on the panel of the main window. They can be adjusted or changed manually according your needs. If you don't know what the setting means, its best to leave the defaults alone.
