Desktop Spy-Step2: The "Capture Active Window" option should be selected, which takes a picture of the Window currently in focus, which is usually smaller than the full screen. Setting this option usually takes about 75% less disk space on average than "Capture Full Screen", depending on the user's computer activities. 

 

 

 

 

Desktop Spy-Step3: The "Capture screen every X seconds" box determines the delay that the picture will be taken.  The higher the number, the less memory is used per period of time.  We recommend 5-20 seconds.

 

 

 

 

Desktop Spy-Step4: The "Picture Quality" bar indicates how clear or blurry the JPEG picture file will be.  The higher the quality, the more memory that is used.  We recommend a quality of "6".
