It is purchased for use on a single computer or it can be gifted through the system to anyone you want (It makes a unique Christmas gift). There are two pages per day and a month start and end page so you have plenty of space to make your entries appointments or private notes. The pages can be locked but please note that this is an irreversible feature and so we suggest that entries are saved and the diary locked at years end. (individual pages can be locked if you wish).
