Stumble-Upon is a social bookmarking web service, by way of a plug-in to the users Internet browser users can choose to "stumble" which automatically directs them to a new site based on other peoples review of it. Users can than give the site the thumbs up or thumbs down and the software remembers this and adjusts where it will send you in the future based on your rating.
