Nintendo's latest console released in November 2006. Pronounced 'wee', the console is backwards compatible with Gamecube software as well as offering a download service that contains practically all of Nintendo's back catalogue which are available for a nominal fee. The console also features an innovative controller that looks more like a television remote which senses three dimensional motion, so can be used to physically control the characters in-game with the movement of the controller. The controller was recently given an additional wrist strap as several over excited users found themselves accidentally hurling the controllers at their TV's when they lost their grip.

Whilst the console will not be able to compete with the PS3 or Xbox 360 in terms of processing power their focus on innovative game play is sure to attract a lot of attention.
